Monica is the President of Peak Therapy Services, where she leads a team dedicated to helping children build the skills that shape their independence and confidence. She earned her Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences and has worked in the pediatric field ever since, devoting her entire career to the children and families she serves. Her passion is simple but deeply held: helping children do the things they need to do in everyday life, and just as importantly, the things they want to do. Whether it's mastering the fine-motor skills for handwriting, building the confidence to join a game with friends, or finding new ways to take part in the activities that bring them joy, Monica believes every child deserves to receive the support they need to climb every mountain they may face.

Mallory is one of our dedicated speech therapists who provides telehealth speech therapy so that children can receive their needed interventions in the comfort and familiarity of their own home. Mallory earned her masters degree in Communication Science and Disorders from Chapman University. Mallory has worked as a school-based SLP for three years and is now expanding her career so that she can also help children reach their speech and language goals at home and out in the community.
