We help children of all abilities reach their potential, and we want our website to reflect that. We're committed to making peaktherapyclinic.com usable for everyone, including people who use assistive technology.
Our commitment
Accessibility matters to the families we serve, and it matters to us. We work to make our Site easy to perceive, navigate, and use for visitors with a wide range of abilities, including those who rely on screen readers, keyboard navigation, captions, or magnification.
The standard we follow
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, the standard widely used to measure web accessibility. We use it as our benchmark as we review and improve the Site.
What we do
As part of our ongoing effort, we work to:
- Use clear structure, headings, and labels so content is easy to follow;
- Provide text alternatives for meaningful images;
- Maintain readable color contrast and text sizing;
- Support keyboard navigation and visible focus;
- Review new pages and content with accessibility in mind.
Where we still have work to do
Accessibility is ongoing, not a finish line. Some older content or features built with third-party tools may not yet fully meet our goal, and parts of the Site rely on platforms we don't fully control. We're working to identify and fix these areas, and we welcome your help in spotting them.
